Cozent follows the standard development phases which include study, design, develop, test, deploy and support. We work with customers to develop Business Requirements Specification document, Functional Design document, Technical Design document, User Acceptance Test scripts and End Users guide.
Cozent has the capability to offer 24X7 development team to complete the work on a tight schedule.
Cozent assigns onshore coordinator, offshore coordinator in addition to technical resources. Cozent will ensure using GoToMeeting, VoIP phones and Email the communication between customer and development team is smooth and efficient.
Cozent offshore team conducts weekly status meeting discussing the development schedule and progress. Monthly meeting with stake holders will address project governance issues.
Fixed Bid, Time & Material Cost Models
Cozent can work with customers for both fixed bid and time and material engagements. Typical Cozent cost is 1/3 of a full time onsite consultant cost.
Unit/System Integration/User Acceptance Testing
Cozent can work with customers for developing a prudent testing strategy to ensure software quality. Optionally Cozent can also assign a testing team for quality assurance.
Post Production Deployment Support
Cozent will stand by to address support related issue during the negotiated warranty period. Cozent also has support services to address long term production support.
